Innovadix was established in 2005 in Chicago, IL, by Alexandar Tzanov under the name of Mind Fusion Innovations. Mind Fusion Innovations was relocated to Palos Park, IL, in the spring of 2008, and incorporated as Innovadix Corporation in the summer of 2008.
